Earlier, a founding member of Manthan Systems, Vikas was heading the ARC retail business intelligence product group as a Chief Technology Officer and was responsible for technology strategy at Manthan Systems.

Mr Young is the Asia Pacific Marketing Director for Embraer Commercial Aviation. He joined Embraer as a Senior Airline Marketing Manager, and has experience in the fields of network and fleet planning, aircraft performance, airline economics, and business plan development. Prior to joining Embraer, he served in a variety of progressively senior program and marketing roles at another aircraft manufacturer in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region.

Mr Young began his professional career in 2003 with Honeywell Aerospace in Ontario, Canada before relocating to the United Kingdom in 2005 where he gained further exposure through diversified employment in the oil & gas and medical equipment fields.

A Canadian citizen and Singapore permanent resident, Mr Young holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Waterloo (Canada), and is a member of the Professional Engineers Ontario.

Mr Kuldeep Singh is a graduate of Delhi University. He joined Airport Authority of India in the year 1992 as an aerodrome officer at Mumbai Airport. In his 7 years stint at Mumbai Airport he was variously associated in the activities of Air Traffic Control, Vigilance Investigation, and Disciplinary Proceedings

He was transferred to the Corporate Vigilance Department of the Airport Authority of India in the year 1998 at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan New Delhi. At AAI headquarters Mr Kuldeep Singh was assigned the responsibilities of vigilance department in cargo operations at IGI Airport.

He was posted as Aerodrome Incharge of Bhuj Airport in the year 1999 for a tenure of 2 years. In this tenure posting, Mr Kuldeep Singh received the first hand experience of Disaster Management in the famous 2001 earthquake which annihilated the Bhuj City.

On completion of his tenure at Bhuj Airport he was posted to IGI Airport in the Air Traffic Control department. At IGI Airport Mr Kuldeep Singh was responsible for managing both domestic and international traffic in accordance with the ICAO rules and regulations.

Mr Kuldeep Singh has thereafter worked at several airports in the capacity of Airport Director including Agra, Gwalior, and Madurai.

A civil engineer with over 26 years' experience in the airport sector, Philippe, as a special advisor of the CEO and member of ADP Ingénierie Executive Committee, is in charge of Knowledge Management and of expertise development in the company so that we can always propose the most efficient and updated solutions for our partners and clients to tackle their challenges.

Its wide experience within group ADP in project management, design management, planning and strategic consulting for the largest projects in Paris and overseas is enriched by his complete knowledge of airport operations acquired as Deputy General Manager of Orly airport.

After having served as Deputy General Manager in charge of large scale projects and later on of ADP Ingénierie activities in ASIA, and besides its current transversal activities, Philippe continues to take an active part in the most strategic projects as a support to the projects managers or as an expert reinforcing our 360° vision. He is appreciated for its capacity to understand and challenge when necessary, the stakeholder needs and constraints and ensure it is incorporated within our design solution

A recognized authority on airport planning and development, Philippe was an active member of the ACI European Technical Committee from 2001 to 2007. He has also served as adjunct professor of airport master planning at the French Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and the Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile.

Sh. Gagan Malik has joined erstwhile National Airports Authority of India in the year 1989 as a Civil Engineer. During the course of his progression he has attained a deep insight into different facets of Airport functioning and management. He has deep knowledge of pavement works (asphaltic and concrete), Construction of Terminal Buildings in glass and steel besides integration of different facilities required for passengers facilitation. He has been associated with initial planning of Pakyong Airport at Sikkim and Heliports in Himachal Pradesh.

Highly work oriented and effective team leader, he has done major projects and upgradation works at India’s major Airports like Guwahati, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Chandigarh, Amritsar and till recently was positioned at Goa Airport for Parallel Taxi Track project and Terminal Building modifications. Since beginning he has been involved with Land Management, Commercial, Airport Operations, Security Functions at different Airports and has also functioned as Airport Director at Amritsar Airport. He has a vision for Modern Airport Concept for operations, whereby, the passengers feel and enjoy their transition through airport with least of difficulties.

Sh.Gagan Malik holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a certified International Airport Professional from Airports Council International, Canada. He has acquired the practical knowledge of Electrical Engineering while executing several projects as Project Incharge. Before coming to Goa he has completed the project of Runway Strengthening and Upgradation to CAT III B GLF at Amritsar Airport. He is strong follower of the words of Swamy Vivekananda “Arise, Awake and Stop Not Till the Goal is Reached”. He has always aligned his team towards the goal of AAI and successfully handled different aspects of Airport functioning.

It shall be his endeavour to take the Goa International Airport to new levels of passenger facilitation along with all the stake holders and local community by putting in best of efforts jointly with all.

Lewis leads ICF’s dedication aviation practice in India, and regularly advises airports with longer-term strategic advice relating to traffic, business planning, and transactions. Lewis has conducted strategic advisory studies and airport transactions across Europe, Middle-East and Asia with a particularly strong focus on the Indian market. Lewis has predominately been involved with the practices transaction advisory team where he has conducted economic and aviation market reviews to provide insight into the sector’s dynamics and wider trends. Lewis has been involved with Indian projects since 2013 and has extensive knowledge of the market having worked on almost every airport transaction over the past five years.
